SCAM Cerebral took my money and said I missed my appointment which is a bold faced lie. I have been back and forth with someone named Janet O. for almost a week seeking a refund. All she does is argue with me and fails to realize (based on facts) that their "clinician" never contacted me.

Cerebral was a breath of fresh air! After meeting with several therapists and psychiatrists provided my insurance company, I felt discouraged and defeated. Just after my first appointment with a Cerebral care counselor and psychiatrist, I finally felt understood. The Cerebral team is insightful, thoughtful and highly educated. I can honestly say it’s the best experience I’ve received in years!

As a psychiatrist I highly recommend Cerebral. They are a legit resource for people to access solid, quality mental health care conveniently and with privacy and accessibility. The prescribers and therapists are professionals and the ones I have met have a wealth of knowledge and credibility. I have used and referred to Cerebral without hesitation.

I’m not a person who usually write reviews but I have to talk about my experience with Cerebral this time. Because of my ADHD conditions, I used to struggled a lot with anxiety, low self-esteem, and social withdrawal. I was skeptical at first using online service but after being treated by Cerebral’s care counselor, I got much better mentally and physically. Cerebral has automatically changed my provider and rescheduled appointments without my request 3 times. They keep pushing back my first appointment so that the month will be over before I see anyone. You can't get anyone on the phone. A different person responds to every email. And I still haven't seen anyone.

This app has been amazing. I can’t say enough good things about it. What I can say is it literally saved my life! I was on the brink. I was getting ready to commit myself to a state hospital so I didn’t die. I couldn’t afford anything else. Then I found cerebral! It saved me. I can afford my meds now! I got the help I desperately needed! It saved me in so many ways! The counselors are absolutely amazing! The med Drs are great and really listen to your needs. I was not overmedicated as I have been so many times in the past. I was able to function and get the help I needed! I hope this app never goes anywhere! If you need help, if you are desperate and can’t afford anything else please consider this app!
