Wish I could give less than one star... My doc was unable to prescribe proper medication for 3+ months due to protocol. This is why people end up worse off... Negligent care.

Cerebral helped me in a way that nobody else could. They realized that I had been misdiagnosed, and finally set me on the right path to being in control of myself and becoming more mindful. I'm not going to go into detail, but they are really worth a shot. I can literally say that Cerebral is a lifesaver. I recommend it to anyone wondering if it might be for them!

I truly appreciate this service. Without insurance currently, I had nowhere to turn and really needed support to cope with my circumstances. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been lovely and caring. I’m very grateful!

I was skeptical to use cerebral, for multiple reasons including a possibility of feeling a lack of personal connection or attention, and privacy and safety. My experience has actually been great overall. There is a good selection of recommended providers that are able to be scheduled according to your own availability. They also have care managers, basically therapists, that allow you- the obviously better option- to include talk therapy in with your overall treatment experience. While their customer service could do a little better at communication across departments, I have no doubt this will be improved with just a little time. It is still a new venture and everyone is human so it can’t be perfect. I highly recommend Cerebral. Especially now with the pandemic never going away. We all need a little help.

So grateful for the support system I've found with Cerebral - I love my therapist and provider! They help me feel optimistic about my mental health plan, and I feel for the first time in YEARS like I'm actually getting to a better place with my anxiety and depression. I look forward to seeing my provider every week, and feel like my visits with my provider result in progress.

Cerebral has given me the gift of my mental health back. I actually work in the field, but with a flexing schedule and the pandemic, brick and mortar appointments were not easy or accessible (compound that by lack of local providers). My ADHD has been a lifelong struggle. I shudder to think what I may have accomplished if I had been treated younger in life, but now I am focusing on meeting goals I've had for years. Good support, providers and medication from Cerebral have given me the guts to apply for a PhD program. I would (and have) highly recommend using their services.
