I have been trying to get in touch with a prescriber about a medication not being filled it’s kind of frustrating to be in limbo when you need meds

It took about 2 months but I had a ton of problems that I had to call and email and message to fix. Everyone was nice but nice only goes so far if you don't fix it. My first provider was awful and mean and literally made me cry and then hung up on me for crying. I now have a lovely provider that listens and is sweet. I'm going to see my counselor today and she seems nice so wish me luck!

I am currently on my second month working with Ernest. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. I really appreciate his insight and feedback. I feel like I am receiving amazing help thank to Cerebral, and I highly recommend it to anyone fighting with depression and severe lack of focus. Thank you Ernest! only bit holding the other 1 star the availability of some professionals was inconsistent in the sense where, I had spoken to three different professionals in the span of time with cerebral. the first was amazing, I was comfortable with her and felt safe speaking freely with her - unfortunately because of scheduling conflicts I was given a different therapist and then the same thing happened the third therapist was the same vibes as the first, felt comfortable and safe to speak freely and I truly hope I can continue cerebral with her

If it wasn't for the convenience of virtual visits I don't think I would've ever taken the first step in becoming the best version of myself. Ive gotten some great tips and actually look forward to the visits! Knowing I have tools online to practice in between sessions is a huge bonus!

I love Cerebral. I have switched Dr's 3x in 6 months. But I do understand that tbey arr outsourced so its not a big deal. They have all been great.
