They manage to get you set up with a presciber in days. After good luck trying to get an appointment every month. Constancy having to worry about running out of meds. They charge a monthly fee but you have fight to get a monthly appointment. My next appoint is 6 weeks from now. Canceling this service as soon as I can.

For what it is worth, they were good for the first few months but I feel like they stop caring about you at a certain point. I had my appointment with my prescriber cancelled on me and they now expect me to wait a whole month and a half to get my prescription refilled. I have been ignored for the last two weeks while trying to get my prescription figured out. It is completely unacceptable to expect someone to go from being on meds one day to not having any the next day without having any way to get ahold of your doctor to talk you through the process. They have changed my “care team” so many times that you never know who you are going to be dealing with. Right now I have people who are making me go through not having medication while completely alone with nobody to talk to. Use at your own risk because your experience might be great if you have a good team but that can change without warning Update: Prior to leaving this review customer service seemed like they were ignoring me. It was only after I left this review that customer service was actually helpful and got me an appointment with a prescriber. It shouldn’t take leaving a bad review on the internet for your health to be taken seriously.

My prescriber is awesome but we don’t meet each month. The person I’m supposed to be meeting with monthly is changed constantly and is never consistent. It’s not easy to continually have to tell someone new every month your story especially when you’re trying to work on your mental health.

I have had the good fortune of having an incredibly wise therapist. I would say she is at the top of the field in terms of methods, broad knowledge, listening skills, and concrete advise.

The staff is incredibly nice, but their platform and business practices are sketchy. I went 2 separate months being unable to schedule an appointment with my therapist, and I cancelled after the second and asked for a refund since I had no chance to get any benefit from it. I was essentially told that I'm not paying for their services, but the benefit of being able to log into their website. Refund denied. After leaving this review I was promptly contacted and refunded the money for when I was unable to schedule an appointment. I’ve added a star to reflect this resolution, but I still find it concerning that I had to go to these lengths to get it.

I have tried other services, but Cerebral has been working out the best for me. My care team has been very responsive. Only experienced couple glitches, but overall, I’m happy with Cerebral and its team.

My first visit with the prescriber went nice, she was great work with me. She is referring me to other prescriber which she thinks is gonna be best working with me. I just wish the next prescriber will help me with my issues an Hopefully give me something to ease my mind some.

Cerebral has been a huge help with managing my mental health meds! Dr. Rogers has been nothing but understanding and helpful and one of the first Doctors I’ve talked to that actually listens! It can be a bit pricey but if you don’t have good insurance or access to good mental health care, it’s 100% worth it.
