I find that the people and the service itself are wonderful. I recommend Cerebal all the time to people … I used to work in the service industry and the ability to find telehealth and therapy that could work around my sometimes crazy schedule was an incredible benefit that conventional therapy sometimes wasn’t able to afford me. I wish I could give it five stars but the platform itself is sometimes a little bit glitchy when it comes to booking my follow-up appointments, and I’ve had to work with someone a few times to get it resolved. Every now and then the calendar shows that my practitioners are completely booked solid with no openings at all for months on end for some reason, but when it gets fixed and I’m sent the link again I can see the true schedule with times and dates available like they had told me on the call. Other than that, it’s a great service and one that I’m happy to continue using. Thank you!

Will not let me cancel services and still bills me...going on 6 months of 256 a month

I have struggled for years to get on proper medication that works for me. A lot of gaslighting from doctors and I didn’t have good enough insurance to go see a psychiatrist. Cerebral has completely turned my life around in a matter of a few months at a very affordable price. I couldn’t be more thankful. Where I am now vs. where I was 6 months ago regarding my mental health is a night and day difference.

Im Absolutely In love with Cerebral and the constant care I'm receiving from My care team. They treat me like family. If I need help Sunday-Sunday they are there. My care team is like a family to me! Medication is same day! As long as the local pharmacy is open or has time. Cerebral also has partner with a mail order pharmacy.Amazing I recommend them too everyone.

Great one-on-one care. I feel like I get personalized care and in a very convenient and accessible way. Thank you for helping me over my hurdles and offering support and solutions to better my mental health.

I absolutely love the app. It has helped me greatly on my mental health journey and I cant wait to see how much more I can benefit from the service. The only thing I haven't loved is the scheduling. It seems the providers calendars fill up quickly and you always have to schedule out a month. With that said, if you needed an appointment sooner and message through your portal, they are quick to try and fit you in.
