Cerebral is the best decision I have ever made. It's private, the App/website portal is easy to use, someone always gets back to you super quick no matter what you need. I love that I got to research and choose my counselor and prescriber and they are BOTH wonderful, helpful, caring, kind & understanding. For the price per month this is an amazing deal for those of us with no insurance!

My care counselor is the only reason I'm continuing to use cerebral at this point. She's wonderful, and her help has changed my life for the better, she deserves five stars. The rest however, is why I would rate it so poorly. I've been using cerebral since April 2021, since then my prescribers and care coordinators have been changing CONSTANTLY. The prescribers I've met with seemed to not be very interested in my actual situation and didn't seem to want to talk much, they would just ask a few questions, change my dosage, and that was it. Those meetings barely lasted five minutes, which considering they're dealing with something as important as medication, has always been very concerning to me. But since the medication I've been on has been working well for me, it hasn't exactly been a huge problem. Their appointment booking system is absolutely abysmal. They don't let you book your next monthly meeting with your counselor until you've completed your meeting for the month. Since mine are usually later on in the month, by the time I get to book, most of the appointments are already gone. Considering that the availability of my counselor completely overlaps with my work schedule, it's been challenging to say the least. Recently when I tried to book an appointment for February, there were no available times whatsoever, so I had to contact support. It was like pulling teeth to get an appointment booked and they had cancelled the appointment I had for March. They told me I couldn't have more than one appointment booked at a time while simultaneously telling me I could have additional meetings per month, even though I wouldn't be able to book them myself. During this same interaction with support I had asked them AGAIN (the first time the person I contacted passed me off to someone else, who never responded) why my prescription price had doubled from $10 to $20, despite never having a change in price for dosage. They passed me off to someone else again, who said my medication had always been $20, which is not true. I looked through my invoices from them from the past several months and listed them all out for them, along with the dates in which my dosage changed, and I'm waiting for them to respond. Their support team is god awful and there's no other explanation for the price change than cerebral doubling medication prices without any sort of notification or reason. tldr: after almost a year of using cerebral I can confidently say my counselor is AMAZING, and the rest of cerebral is a dumpster fire

Signed up because their website said they had same day appointments (they make you pay after you see the availability). Then when you try to book they suddenly don’t have any appointments. I canceled the same day and they won’t refund my entire fee. Do not go to them if you need immediate help. They just care about the money not the patient.

Zero stars - I liked my therapist but it’s not enough to earn a star. Make sure you are prepared financially for this. Their lack of due diligence caused me a bill for $375 - they reordered my meds prior to 30 days so of course my insurance would not cover it. The response I received was that I could cancel all together. Shameful. Gross to have such a callous lack of transparency and then try to place the blame on the subscriber. My coordinator should be released but I’m left paying a bill I cannot afford. Let the buyer beware.

Expensive. I'm 48 and have had my share of therapy. I know what works, what doesn't, how to make adjustments, etc. I don't need my time wasted with useless therapy with people who know less than I do and I certainly don't need to spend $85/month just to get medication.

I’m a busy mom with no time to go see a therapist . Cerebral has opened up a new door and allowed me to receive treatment , and medications at an affordable rate. There is a light at the end of the tunnel and I am great full.

Cerebral is and continues to be the best and most effective way for me to be treated. This allows me to schedule around my work schedule so that I can meet with my provider when I am supposed to so as not to miss any doses.
