ETA: I did finally meet with a different prescriber and it was great. My therapist is lovely and so helpful. Stefanie reached out and the situation has been resolved. I just signed up on Friday. Today was supposed to be my first prescriber appointment. She didn't show- not just once, but twice. As a new customer, this is unacceptable. This is making me rethink the use of the company. What a mess.

I'm so disappointed in the ability to see a prescribing nurse. I really feel like this is such a waste of money.

I have been using cerebral for 6 months. This is the first time I reached out for help online, when I got the rite help I could tell the difference so could my family friends. They have help my life so much. I love the way I can reach out anytime on web site and get help. I love the dr. and my counselor and my coordinator. they are all there anytime I need them. I am now getting on with my life thanks to cerebral. The price was and is still great I can afford it and the medications as well. I will and have recommend cerebral to my family and friends.

I was under the impression that my first month was $50 and I was and still am being charged z$362 a month. I have tried to cancel and it says when I call there is no one to answer the phone due to covid. Cancel it. I have told my credit card to stop it, but I keep getting charged. I am going to write the attorney general and consumer affairs

Good evening: I let Cerebral go last month because of the unprofessional behaviors of the coordinator. I no longer subscribe to you. Leave me alone or my next step will be the Better Business Bureau. I only saw my prescriber twice during my tenure there. I didn’t see anyone the after just emails and issues with my medicine. Lastly, the last prescriber who didn’t know me from a can of spray paint. She wanted to end my medication and 3 of my other prescriptions after talking to me for maybe a hour total. My PCP had to straighten your prescribers because she canceled my meds that she had nothing to do with her or Cerebral when I told her that I rather someone who has some time in with me should make that decision. Sarah my therapist was great and I really miss her. I didn’t pay in December and I’m not paying for January. You people never gave me but one visit monthly with my therapist and sometimes a prescriber. This wasn’t the plan, you charged me up the whole and I saw my therapist 1X a month and my prescriber 1X a month for the first two months. If anything you owe me a partial refund. I hope this is the last I hear from you guys.

My therapist,Kalin, was amazing. Only good thing about this service! Support takes forever to get back to you, my prescriber changed and it was difficult to get appointments with them. Cancellation is difficult. For a service that is supposed to help people with ADHD, their practices say otherwise. I wouldn’t waste my money here.

I emailed to cancel my subscription but still got charged for next month..
