Cerebral has been such a turning point to my life. My care counselors and prescribers worked with me to pinpoint where to even begin to get control over my happiness again. I don’t drive due to my anxiety and I could get support and the meds I need from home and it’s affordable.

I’ve been using Cerebral for over a year now and I am super satisfied. I’ve been in in-person mental health counseling in the past and I was looking for something virtual because of my busy schedule. I found Cerebral and thought to give it a try after contemplating for quite some time. When the pandemic hit, my anxiety symptoms became worse and I knew I needed help. I’m glad O decided to take that step. Heidi, my counselor is super compassionate, relatable, and helpful. I always end my sessions with her feeling so much better. My provider Melissa is also very helpful and she always listens to my concerns.

MATTHEW TRUEBE, who was hired in February 2021 as vice president of product and engineering, accused the company of trying to “cheat” him and other employees out of stock options. Truebe says he was fired from the mental health startup Cerebral in retaliation for speaking up about unlawful and unethical business practices, including overprescribing ADHD medications and failing to report patient breaches.

They will only take your money, they are very irresponsible and don’t take their patients seriously, they don’t care about cutting out your prescription from one day to the other and they will cancel your appointment s without even letting you know, customer service sucks they never resolved any issues and the managers will never contact you so DO NOT SIGN UP it is. Rip off!!!!

The lady I spoke with was very attentive and understanding and didn't make me feel bad or crazy. She helped me.
