If you need and want real help, this is the place. My provider listened to hear what I was actually saying, not just to respond. She was very accepting and so nice. After speaking with her, I have hope again for a future.

I signed up for Cerebral to get monthly therapy and talk to a doctor about medication. I was told that my psychologist would be able to provide my probation officer with an email confirming we had a monthly appointment. During my counseling session the counselor promise to email my probation officer within 24 hours. A week after, said appointment, I got a message saying she did not and would not email my probation officer which put me in violation of my probation. She also discriminated against me by saying that she couldn’t see people who were mandated by the court. I’m not mandated to any specific type of counseling. I just have to inform my probation officer of whatever services I choose to get. I want my money back. I’m at risk of violating my probation because you all want fulfill your end of an agreement we made. This is outrageous and it’s discriminatory. Just because I’m on probation doesn’t mean that I don’t need help like anyone else.
