I really enjoy cerebral, it’s so convenient and so simple to use. The providers are so kind and nonjudgmental. Being in FaceTime as opposed to face to face makes me more comfortable. My mental health was kind of something I ignored until I heard about cerebral. I hope I can continue using it.

Beware of changing of prices after signing up, false advertising that they have qualified licensed staff, medical breaches including not providing a professional evaluation and charging for a full session while providing approximately half a session They advertise board certified psychiatrist, physicians, etc and then the only options i was given for treatment were social workers . They are very good at gaining ypur trust and then pulling a switch and bait. On the cost side i signed up under 1 rate and then 2 days later was told my rate was wrong and it would be going up ro the "correct " rate ( even after i showed them that is not what i was told). The customer care person said too bad, went into my account, changed the rate ( increase of almost $90) and told me i would have To follow their cancelation policy I would not be able to cancel early despite the problem.

Cerebral is fantastic for me and my schedule! My provider is absolutely incredible and it’s amazing to finally have a doctor who listens to me and my concerns and actually helps instead of just absently increasing medication. I’m truly very happy with my experience with cerebral and will continue to use them

There was not a day in which my anxiety gave me a break. I kept spiraling in this viscous cycle for years until I was at the lowest I had ever been.
