Do NOT trust this service. They will tell you they have found an in network provider for you ONLY to turn around and bill you hundreds of dollars a few months later for that same provider. They are major scammers. Then when you question their deceptive billing practices they will basically tell you that you should have read through the very fine print. I have reported them to the Attorney General in my state and I will also report them to my state representative. CONTACT YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL about their deceptive billing practices. They are scamming the most vulnerable people in society!

This company only seems to have existed because of the pandemic. I transferred my mental health to Cerebral during the pandemic and because I moved out of state. At first the service was an upgrade to my original mental health care. They're therapist was actually great in the prescriber I got was reasonable sensible and made it obvious he was there to help me. However when my prescriber left that is when things got very weird. The new prescriber did not seem focused on my mental health at all. In fact she seemed very focused on not prescribing me anything at all. Not only did she not prescribe anything she did not give me a another option to get any help whatsoever. She did not advise that I should speak to a therapist or anything. The into our relationship was abrupt the prescriber directly told me to cancel my membership. I canceled my membership via email however rather than canceling my membership they responded with some form that will not work and have charged me twice since then. In short they refused me care and then charged me twice And I can't help but think that the second prescriber was certainly not interested in my mental health, she was much more concerned about the fact that the Department of Justice is suing this poorly run company for its other ethical issues.

Straightforward counsel resulting on a path is about as good as it can be when you have challenges you simply don’t understand. It’s a great tool and the beginning of better outcomes.

What a wonderful experience! My prescriber was sincere and truly cared about me and my well being! She spent 30 minutes with me diving into what my issue was. I like how they didn't waste my time like at normal doctor visits.

I've struggled a lot with my mental health but thanks to cerebral I've been able to feel way more stable than I had in the past ☺️

Do not sign up. My daughter and I have been trying to cancel this service for over 2 months. They keep charging. I finally had to cancel my debit card and file a dispute through my bank. They are thieves.

Cerebral has been WONDERFUL for me!! My counselor and prescriber are the sweetest souls I have ever encountered and they make me feel loved and HEARD.

I recommend. If you read nothing else, this is a place for you. This won’t break the bank but is an investment into your health. I am a healthcare provider and have struggled with anxiety for years; but during Covid this grew to be a debilitating problem interfering with my daily life outside of work. A year later I am thriving!!!! I do not regret it and i would recommend to anyone I know.
