My problem is with Cerebral. Not offering me and others a referral to someone in person after being denied help is dangerous. I don’t have schizophrenia, I’m sleep deprived because I’m stressed out. I seek access to care in this format because I am unable to get help in person without resources. Cerebral is far too expensive to not offer assistance with referrals when being turned away. Sure, Cerebral is beneficial to so many people, but not people like me that also need help. Now I have no alternatives but to go without care because I don’t have the resources to get help. Going through my doctor for a referral takes MONTHS, and I have to jump through hoops to even get the referral. Thanks for nothing.

Very positive first session, looking forward to the next visit

Even though appointments are very hard for me to have for myself and stress accompanies taking time for my own appointments, this one was worth it and beneficial to me. I had a good experience with my therapist and she was willing to adjust her schedule to be able to work with me. My therapist is Katelyn Sulivan- I apologize if I misspelled the name I do not have it right in front of me.

The online platform didn’t work for me. So be careful when you sign up as you’re committing to a full month whether it works for you or not. I requested not to be billed for the three sessions I do not plan on attending, but they took my money any way and will not refund me. Just know what you’re committing to before signing up! Very frustrated with their costumer service.

Personally, I don’t like to talk about my problems, but Cerebral has been really helpful to me and has made getting help more accessible to me considering that most clinics or therapists in my area are not accepting new patients. It has made me feel more comfortable when opening up and talking about my feelings. It’s been hard to deal with anxiety, especially in my military career because anxiety is very physical and sometimes I want to do things right, but my body does the wrong thing and most of the time people just think I’m “slow”, but it’s because I’m too worried of doing the wrong thing, that it just happens. Thanks to Cerebral, I can schedule appointments when it’s most convenient for me and attend said appointments from the comfort of my home and around my own schedule!

If I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would. I have been a "patient" on this plan for 8 months. The prescription issues are so bad that I feel as if no meds would be better. I have never consitently gotten the medication 2 months in a row with no issue. I am currently 2 months out of my current medication. I have sat with my pharmacist as they have sent them multiple faxes and emails to correct their inexcusable lack of communication. I have reached out to the support team through email and all i was told is that it was already sent. So I responded with an email from the pharmacy showimg the order filled just waiting on the physicians response.I recieceved zero response from them through email after that.

Great first impression and visit with both the medication rep and the therapist. Both showed empathy and interest in my issues and opinion. Both let me know that I am Priority Number #1 and I can reach either anytime if I need help or to talk. I felt empowered instead of embarrassed which I appreciated considering my past so-called therapy sessions or therapists. I would recommend this app and the devices provide very very highly and with no reservations! Give my Cerebral Associates a RAISE! They deserve it! 5 STARS per this patient! See you soon!
