Charging my card 2 months after I canceled in July for a service that happened in February AFTER leading me to believe my services were covered by insurance the entire time. As others have said, appts are limited, the doctors are flakey and will reschedule last minute. I have a Masters degree in counseling myself, but my doctor often spoke to me as though I didn't understand my own issues. Overall, unimpressed with this "service" and feeling scammed. Definitely would not recommend, but I guess when you feel like dying and can't get mental Healthcare anywhere else, it's better than dying... maybe. tbd.

Cerebral has been AMAZING! I signed with them on a Monday morning, by 8pm that same evening; I had my medication and I have felt the best I ever have in my life. The process is super easy to use. I answered some questions about what I was experiencing. Scheduled an appointment with a proscriber and a counselor in the same day, spoke to them about my issues and we made a plan and goals. (They were both SUPER SWEET and understanding. Made me feel very comfortable) I love that I can choose my own proscriber and counselor and change any time without guilt if they aren't working for me. I have always been hesitant about taking meds, but I'm SO glad I gave this a shot. It has literally changed me life for the better. I HIGHLY recommend Cerebral!

I really liked everyone in my care team. 2 small things that I would change: 1. I didn't know that they can't prescribe a controlled substance if I'm already taking another one. 2. In choosing providers, I would like to have been able to see everyone all at once, and been able to star profiles as I went along. I had to manually refresh the options many times to get back to the providers I chose. I'm happy I did this though, as they were great matches for me.

Made it easy to get help really fast

I suffer with depression, anxiety and add and since using cerebral I have improved my well being and mental health immensely. I am able to keep my house clean, keep up with my workday tasks, eat 3 meals a day and I have more energy and desire to do things I like. It was life changing for me and helped me to see patterns in my past relationship and understand myself better. It has been a blessing for me. I feel like cerebral has helped me to improve my mental health and I will be able to make healthier relationships and live a happier life. Thank you!!!

This is by far the easiest, most cost effective counseling/ psychiatric service I have found. I have been using this service for awhile now and love it! You can contact counseling as much as you need if you just need to vent or have a bigger issue.

Have been struggling with anxiety/depression/ADHD for quite a few years now. I discovered family doctors have not been helpful for me personally. We recently moved from Iowa to Indiana, and I had been really stressing about not getting my current meds renewed with a new doctor out here. Discovered Cerebral and so far so good. My initial appointment was so easy, everything is very user friendly and helpful. I love having the app on my phone as well, and any time I am feeling any type of way I can hop on that and go through some coping exercises and breathe a little easier. Loving this so far!
