Back in April my previous account wasnt working. It wouldnt take payments. I made a new account this month in September now all of a sudden it takes out the payment from my previous account? On my new account, no one replies to me in app for days. I had my appointment with the provider two days ago and he has still yet to send my prescription to my pharmacy. The whole experience is ridiculous

I have been having issues with depression for years and have had a good experience with Medication. However, last year my primary care provider has become costly and would not refill my prescriptions without a lot of additional tests that I couldn’t afford so I quit going there. Recently my depressive symptoms began creeping back and I decided to try Cerebral. What a great experience! I’ll be back on my medication soon and feeling like myself again.
