I would put no stars if that was an option, this company has done so many things incorrectly over the last year of dealing with them. Most notably my last attempt to fill my prescription from them, the HEB pharmacy I always go to was unable to fill the rx due to the information sent from the "Doctor" didn't match any of my info with the pharmacy. I went almost a full two weeks without my medicine because of their incompetence. Not only that but they have filed so many claims on my insurance, literally every two weeks. I have not received services the past two months yet they still are filing more claims and then trying to double charge me for an appointment that I had in March of 2022. This company doesn't care about their customers, they just want to make as much money as they can before they are all sent to prison for violating federal laws regarding controlled substances.
