I love cerebral I’ve been using them for about a year and before that a year prior I use them for a few months and my provider now is just absolutely amazing (Mallori) she is so kind and before the changes she prescribe me the best medication that has ever helped me in my life but ever since the changes she’s no longer able to prescribe it and it’s been really hard but she seems so understanding and tries to help me as much as she can and I know it’s not her fault I really wish I could see her outside of cerebral honestly but cerebral has been really nice to me and helpful and I know it’s not their fault I hope that they can change their policies in the future

They are scamming people looking for help. I think they count on keeping money for doing nothing. When I found out that they do phone, not online consultations, I tried to cancel, but the App kept me locked into onboarding mode, which no doubt would cause more problems canceling. I sent an email within 30 minutes of signing up and they said I have to cancel through the App, however that is not possible.

Cerebral is a convenient service and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would especially recommend to those with inconsistent/busy schedules who do not require controlled prescriptions.

I have had such a positive experience with Cerebral. From the prescribers to the counselors, I have had nothing but fantastic care from everyone associated with them. Very kind, caring people and they have helped me get through some rough times. So glad they were there and so affordable for me. Thanks Cerebral!

If I could give negative stars I would. If you are looking for drugs and not therapy this is your go to place! The charges? Ridiculous! And they continue to charge your card even after you have cancelled your membership and taken down your credit card information. Charge after charge after unaccounted for charge. When I called to get a refund they said they dont do refunds, “tough luck.” Their customer service? She yelled at me, raised her voice and said she wouldnt give me any refunds. This company is a joke. Fraud. Taking advantage of people seeking help.

At first I was very satisfied with cerebral, they helped me to get the proper meds to help me with my depression and then it stopped working so we changed my medicine. Cerebral failed to tell me that there is a $50 up charge for my new medicine. I told my provider and she was told I shouldn’t be paying that much because their services aren’t even that expensive yet I’m still paying the amount and $30 on top of that for the subscription. Cerebral has also sent me the wrong medicine twice now which has caused my body to start withdrawing from not taking my medicine not a month now. I tried texting my provider and it took them a week to get back to me and didn’t even fix the problem just asked me which medicine I had received but still haven’t been sent the right one. All this company cares about is money, not their clients. Please if you’re thinking about using cerebral, don’t, go look elsewhere.

Cerebral has helped me get what I needed! I am forever grateful for that and the friendly doctors!
