Care “Coordinators” are generally not very attentive. Also, just read up on the recent news about this company. Pure evil. Just like the Sacklers. Just google “cerebral under investigation” to read about their prescribing practices. We need sociopaths out of politics and most DEFINITELY out of mental healthcare.

I have been trying for days to get a refill on my medication and have been told that they have no idea why they haven’t been sent to the pharmacy. The support people also told me that they haven’t heard back from either my prescriber or sub prescriber. Then I read in reviews that their people have been laid off without notice to patients. This is bordering on negligence and they need to respond ASAP. I have tried all avenues through their site, phone and email. I’m hoping putting reviews out will finally get me some results.

I was turned down by another company because they did not help mood disorders. I am so glad I found Cerebral! The site was very easy to use, and it was full of so many helpful topics! I loved the Doctor I spoke with also. Very helpful and very nice.

I was a patient for 9 months. They laid off my counselor (and many others) with no notice to patients. Removed the program that was helping, raised prices while removing mental health counseling services. Terrible. No notice given to patients. It is abundantly clear this company does not care for the mental health of its patients, only it’s bottom line. Everything about how this change and layoff was handled screams a demonstration of how little this company actually cares about mental health of the people who trusted them for care. Absolutely do not recommend. Do not support such callous disregard for patients.

The entire process has been very smooth. My therapist is wonderful and really listened and we are working on me. 💕 Cerebral

I am extremely happy with the progress I have made so far. My counselor Jessica and prescriber Edith have been a godsend. After struggling to find help that actually worked, I finally feel like I am pulling the pieces of myself back together! There is so much support and tools through the program,, it's helping so much.
