Horrible customer service. In fact there is none. You have to email to stop service so did that. After three attempts they still kept charging me. They also do t have a Google review which is a big red flag.

My prescriber listened to my needs and struggles to best provide me with the most beneficial medications. She also addressed my current prescriptions and helped me see what could better work for me.

I have found cerebral to be very responsive to the needs and concerns that I have. I had my doubts that once a month was going to do much, but honestly between the medication’s and how good my counselor really was it has made a humongous difference. I highly recommend working both with a counselor and with medication’s.

The counselor I have, Farrah Brown, is one of the best counselors I have ever had. She is my cheerleader through life, always there to support me and give the advice I need. I would give her 5 STARS!! However, the rest of Cerebral is incredibly frustrating. It doesn't even get 1 STAR. I feel like every time I log in for my prescriber visit to monitor my medication, I have a new prescriber. The coordinator for my team is new almost every month. Nothing else about the program has been consistent. I've arrived at my pharmacy to pickup prescriptions and found them cancelled. When I try to contact Cerebral, because coordinators and prescribers have changed so frequently, no one knows what happened and it took days to get the medication filled. Not good when you suffer from anxiety and depression, and desperately need those meds to function in society. Now that they have laid off the majority of their counselors, including mine, I will be finding a new service to prescribe my medication.

I absolutely loved my care counselor and my prescriber. Cerebral let them both go in their recent mass firing and I was randomly reassigned to counselors I did not pick. I will not continue to subscribe to a company that thinks so little of their employees and my personal choice.
