Apex Gaming sent an employee from Houston to Austin when my PC arrived with a cracked tube connecting my GPU to my coolant pump. While I did spend $8,700 with them and some level of special treatment was expected I have never experienced such dedication to customer service or customer satisfaction in my 53 years on this planet. An employee was sent on a 3 hour drive, fixed my PC, and drove back to Houston all in the same day (24 hours after my PC arrived). Thank you, John, William and Ryan, for your hard work and dedication to ensuring my PC worked as expected. I look forward to working with all of you on my next PC.

I had to send my pc back for repair and it did take a week longer than I was originally told but John was friendly and communicative through the whole process. My RTX 3070 was replaced without charge and I was only charged for the shipping cost of the PC. This was one of the easier warranty repair processes I have gone through.

This is my first time ordering such a large item online and I was happy with my experience. The tracking system which looks a lot like papa johns lol is great to watch your PC process but mine did sit at finishing build for almost 2 weeks. The computer is super powerful and I am able to run all of the sims titles and various other small games with no issues. The packaging that comes inside the Pc was really tight though so I would be careful as you remove it.

I knew this company would have a long shipping time and the two month wait was worth it in the end because I have now used my computer daily and have had no issues with it running and love the power it gives me

good product and and cokes with a usb if you ever need to recover your windows 11 like I did. Make sure to order it with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth otherwise you will have to go to your local Best Buy and get an usb system like I did when I got the pc.
