Sent Computer in because it wouldn't power on (Still under warranty). Gave them a different address to use to send my PC back to me and they still used the old address of when I first bought the PC. I don't even live close to that address! Very inconsiderate of them even after multiple email sent with the correct address.

Thank you for reaching out! We took the time to assist you with the issues on your PC, as we are happy to do. We took care of the warranty issue for you and made sure to turn it around as quickly as possible, and we were able to fix the address issue before it was delivered over the phone. We definitely understand that the minor miscommunication was frustrating, but we have fixed every issue presented at the moment. If anything else comes up, please reach out to our support email at [email protected] and we are happy to continue helping with anything you need.

We understand the Fraud Review system can be a little frustrating, but it is to protect our customers and ourselves. We simply asked for the same information we ask from other orders, and you did not provide any requested information. We take fraudulent orders extremely seriously, and we have to make sure that purchases are from the person named in the order and intending to purchase. Please let us know if we can do anything for you through our support email, [email protected].

I was at the point of getting my PC…
I was at the point of getting my PC shipped. But you ended the Apex access program. And my order was cancelled. I watched my PC be built and then not get shipped. I had to call and find out that the program was cancelled. And that is bullshit. I paid my part. I cant understand why the customer service is like this I don't understand how you are still in business. And why my order never shipped. When the program ended I know you would not start new agreements. But for those that signed and payed you should have shipped those and had the balls and common decency to email and explain why you took money from people and why you did what you did.
Response from Apex Gaming PCsSep 14, 2026
Thank you for reaching out to Apex regarding your concern with the Access program ending. I understand that the abrupt end was jarring; we had to close the program because of non-payment overall. With your specific order, we refunded everything you paid back to your payment method, and we are happy to work with you on a future PC. If you would like to reach out to our support team at [email protected], we are happy to coordinate with you a way to get into a PC, and we have some options for Access customers who did not receive the PC when the program ended.

Improve this company by maybe having my pc updated fully as the bios for starters was a year old with 7 updates needed. Secondly still waiting on it from the RMA because of this equipment the motherboard has issues from gigabyte no refund on anything being given. I honestly want my full refund yall can keep the pc the pc has been in y’all’s hands longer than Ive physically had the PC. Really sucks.
Response from Apex Gaming PCsSep 14, 2026
Thank you for reaching out to Apex, and I am sorry to hear that the BIOS became a point of frustration. We do make sure to put the most recent BIOS on our PCs as often as possible, and we are bolstering our compendium of BIOS versions to make sure all motherboards are where they need to be. We also do understand that the RMA process can be frustrating, especially when involving the original part manufacturer, but we do this so that we can guarantee the part is up to our, and your, standards when returned. We are happy to coordinate with you through our support email, [email protected], on a solution that will work for you, and get your PC into your expected state.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience…
UPDATE AFTER APEX’S RESPONSE:
I appreciate Apex taking the time to respond. Their response confirms several important parts of my experience: the repair could have been handled more efficiently, another component was available, and customers temporarily could not reach support by phone. Those are not minor details—they are a large part of why I wrote this review.
The case color was not the main issue. Apex’s own email described it as needing to be changed to the “correct color.” The serious concern was that I reported problems almost immediately after delivery, returned the computer for an extended RMA, and then experienced problems again shortly after receiving it back.
Saying that I requested a refund “several months after delivery” leaves out the time the computer spent with Apex for repair and the continuing problems. I also spent more than two hours on a support call resetting the BIOS and removing and reinstalling the large graphics card, but the problem was still not resolved.
Apex advertised 24/7 email support. An employee later explained that responses could take 48–72 hours and said the 24/7 wording had been removed because it could be confusing.
I paid $2,350.64 because I needed dependable equipment for my new business. I followed Apex’s instructions and remained patient and respectful. After the repeated problems, repair delays, and difficulty obtaining support, I no longer have confidence in the computer. That is why I requested a refund.
And ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW
I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Apex Gaming PCs, especially with their tech support and repair process.
I had problems with my computer that required me to send it back for repair. They kept it much longer than expected because they were waiting for a part. I later found out they had another suitable component available that was only slightly more expensive, but instead of using it, they let my computer sit waiting for the other part. When I spoke with a manager, even he admitted this wasn’t handled properly and they should have used the part they had.
What really bothers me is that because of the problems and extended repair time, I only had actual possession of the computer for 29 days. Despite that, Apex refused my request for reimbursement. I don't think a customer should lose their opportunity for reimbursement because so much of the time was spent with the computer back at the company being repaired.
Tech support has also changed considerably since I bought the computer. When I first purchased it, you could call and speak directly with a technician. Now they are no longer taking incoming tech-support calls from customers. You have to leave your information and wait for a technician to call you back. This isn't something that is happening only to me; it appears to be how they are currently handling tech-support calls.
I’ve spent far too much time dealing with problems, shipping the computer back, waiting for repairs, emailing, calling and troubleshooting. I have emails, shipping records and phone records documenting my experience.
If you're considering buying from Apex, don't just look at the specs. Ask what happens when something goes wrong and you actually need support. I wish I had
I appreciate Apex responding and acknowledging that the repair could have been handled more efficiently, that another component was available, and that there was a period when customers could not call technical support. Those points are a large part of why I wrote this review.
The case color was not the main problem. Apex’s own email said the computer needed to be changed to the “correct color.” The larger issue is that the computer developed problems almost immediately, was returned for an extended RMA, and then developed problems again shortly after I received it back.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear how frustrating this process was and understand why the extended repair time was disappointing.
We do want to clarify a few details for anyone reading your review. Regarding your case, the original order was placed with a different color than the one you ultimately wanted. When you reached out, we covered the shipping costs to get the replacement case you preferred to you. We were happy to do that because we wanted to make the situation right.
We also acknowledge your frustration with the repair timeline. In this instance, we agree that the process could have been handled more efficiently, particularly regarding the available alternative component. We appreciate you bringing that to our attention.
Our phone support process has also changed since your original purchase. There was a temporary period when we were unable to accept incoming calls, which understandably added to the frustration. We have since resumed accepting incoming calls, and our team is available to assist customers by phone.
Regarding the requested return, our return policy provides a defined window following delivery of a new PC. Unfortunately, your return request was made several months after that window had expired, so we are unable to process a return at this point. We understand that the amount of time your PC spent with us for repair made the situation feel different from a typical ownership experience, and we regret that this was frustrating.
While we cannot make an exception to the return timeframe, we remain fully committed to supporting you and helping resolve any issues you are experiencing with your PC. If there is anything our team can assist with, we encourage you to reach back out to us. We value the opportunity to make your experience better from this point forward.

The worst and most expensive pc ive ever had.
I spent a bit over $4000 usd on a new custom pc and in less than half a year is has problems. I contacted there customer support were after 2 weeks of back and forth I was forced to take it to a repair shop and pay another 500 to fix it then now like a month later its doing it again and I can confidently say in all my time pc gaming this has been the worst pc ive ever had. Do yourself a favor and dont by a over priced paper weight from Apex. Just go use Ironside or best buy. Im out like 5k now thanks to this scam of a company.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the frustration you've experienced with your system.
After reviewing your support history, we can see that our technical support team was actively working with you to diagnose the original issue. However, we never received a response to our most recent troubleshooting email.
We also noticed that the system was taken to a third-party repair shop. While we understand wanting to get back up and running as quickly as possible, we generally do not recommend third-party repairs on systems covered by our warranty, as they can result in unnecessary repair costs. Your PC was covered by our 3-year warranty, and had it been returned to us through our RMA process, any confirmed warranty repairs would have been completed at no cost to you.
We recently received your latest support request and are ready to assist with your current issue. Our team is committed to working with you to diagnose the problem and, if necessary, arrange warranty service to get your system back up and running.
We appreciate your feedback and hope you'll give us the opportunity to resolve this matter through your warranty coverage.

Bogus appt,
Don't make it seem like your really concerned about the tech call before shipping the computer. Made the appointment and low and behold no call. Waited around for an hour. So no thank you and I will be cancelling my order.
Response from Apex Gaming PCsJun 30, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the frustration this caused.
Your order was for a ready-to-ship system, which is typically processed and shipped quickly before any customization or modification appointments take place. The meeting you scheduled was intended to discuss potential modifications rather than being a required step before your computer shipped.
We apologize for the missed appointment and understand how disappointing that experience was. If you still have any questions about your order or would like to discuss your options, our team would be happy to help.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. I've reviewed our email history, and I can find no mention of any technical issues. In case you were unaware, your system comes with lifetime tech support, and we are more than happy to get that fixed up for you. We are reaching out via email now and look forward to correcting whatever your issue may be.
