I placed an order with SatComShop, then changed my mind and requested a different phone. The team responded almost immediately and gladly accomodated my request. I received the device in a very short period of time and it exceeded my expectations I will not only use them again, but will refer this Veteran owned business at every opportunity.

Prompt delivery; item as described; nothing went sideways! But when things do, that's when you can tell the diff between 4 and 5 stars.
