Outstanding customer service. Promptly answered all my questions

I was relatively nervous due to a YouTube video I’m sure most people in the gaming pc community have seen. However, that was not my experience with apex. (It also seems like some things were either embellished or misrepresented in that video). They were kind, and very informative. When I had a question I had an answer in hours regardless of the topic. When my case was discontinued at no fault of their own they communicated and we were able to add a cpu cooler to replace the price of the case. My pc is amazing and runs anything and everything. Moral of the story don’t listen to everything you see on the internet 😂 give apex a try

I didn't like that. They took my order without telling me that they didn't have parts. They gave me a promise date for shipping. And that they came and went when I called them, they told me that there was a part of back order. Well, they can't hold my order to, you know, with a part of back order without telling me in order for them not to lose the order so that p***** me off, then they tried to hold you longer, they tried to upsell you more that you don't really need. Then when I told him this, I called him on this all of a sudden, my part arrives called them and they have it out in a c outlet days

Apex built my pc in a relatively short time frame and delivered a quality product. The support staff was diligent about letting me know the progress of my pc, and remains available if I have any issues. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a pc.

The website made customizing a first time buyers pc very simple. An engineer reached out offering recommended upgrades. Just an overall great experience.
