The website made customizing a first time buyers pc very simple. An engineer reached out offering recommended upgrades. Just an overall great experience.

Very clear communication so far.

Lots of options on the very nicely designed website. Fast follow up from customer service. Good add-on suggestions. One thing might improve the experience: make the suggestions during option setting not in an email follow-up. Again, good suggestions, just might have preferred to know that CPU x pairs better with GPU y while I was making initial suggestions. Of course, still need to see if the delivery matches the invoice.

Apex gaming is a legitimate business. I saw some scary things about it, but we received our gaming computer and it works really well. It did take several weeks for it to ship (which made me a bit worried) but when I reached out to them with my concerns they responded quickly and got it shipped out.

The last part of the order “filling out the build questionnaire” wouldn’t go through using laptop had to click the link in email from my phone to complete it. A little clunky but other than that 👍🏻

Apex Gaming wanted to make sure the PC met my needs, which made the experience amazing. Apex kept in constant communication with updates from the time they started the build until the PC was delivered to my doorstep. Definitely was a great choice to purchase a PC through Apex Gaming.

The customer service I received was spectacular! They made sure I was going to get what I wanted, and even suggested some upgrades to ensure I'd be happy with it! The only real issue I'm encountering is the Wi-Fi connection the computer is purchased isn't completely stable, but I'm certain it's not entirely on the system itself. I know my internet connection isn't the best out there. But otherwise, it's fantasitc!

Experience was alright. It would be mich better if wasn't force to have a phone call about pc but could do over email. Unboxing video wasn't that helpful. Also no instructions with it to do lights or list of locations to do driver updates when the pc bsod several times. If I could of done it over, would of built my own but I am liking the computer. Date of experience is since I have gotten it.
