After order processed, saw my billing address was incorrect. Knowing this would impact the billing, sent email asking that billing address on order be corrected. Received email conformation same day, address had been corrected.

My order for a Bosch dishwasher was sabotaged by Trump’s arbitrary and capricious tariffs. You held onto my order and notified me when conditions changed.

Amanda in customer service/complaints was great! Apologetic and helpful for the problems we had. Delivery guys were great! But had never installed one like the one we purchased before so could not complete the installation. 2nd crew came today to complete final install. The problems were: 1) Online delivery promised by Dec. 15th! That's why I ordered from AJ Madison. We had a party on Dec. 16. 2) Actual Delivery not until mid-January (1 MONTH LATE!) 3) Delivery Scheduler sent original delivery and install crew out who had no knowledge of this product; and spoke little to no English. We did use a translator on one of the delivery guys' phones so that was helpful.
