Meir was FANTASTIC!

AJ Madison was extremely clear, responsive and professional when working with me to arrange my delivery.

I spent over $25,000 with AJ Madison in 2025 on a recent renovation. And I spent another $7500 in 2021 for a previous renovation. My sales rep last year was perfect when I was purchasing. It was so easy to get ahold of him. When I wanted to add on an extra dishwasher, no problem. He was just a phone call away. But I am frustrated because of a $300 ice maker. I hate the ice maker that he recommended, but I didn't know it was bad until I tried it. Now I cannot get ahold of my sales rep. I emailed. I called. I emailed again. I called again. My sales rep is impossible to get ahold of now. And when I get a random person at the 1800 number, their answer is just "sorry, we can't help you". I will no longer be shopping at AJ Madison. I just don't trust their follow through on customer service once the sale is complete.

I will add to the one stars. DO NOT use the "white glove" installation. This is a third party they use so it's not directly AJMadison, but ultimately it's their responsibility. The installation crew that was sent did NOT know what they were doing AND neither of them spoke English! Yup, no hablo english. I had to help with the installation. They didn't even know how to shut off the water valve under the sink. They left garbage and did not replace the sink framing they took off to put the dishwasher in it's place. Also I never received the call to notify me they were on their way until they arrived at my house. That's probably because they DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH! I'm in the process of getting my money refunded, but doubt they'll do that without a struggle. So struggle they will get. I would never buy from this company again.

Monica in the parts and service department could not have been more helpful. Her communication was perfect and she was amazing to deal with. Probably the best customer service I've ever had.

Jenelle from customer service is outstanding. She and Julio were able to help through out my whole delivery process. Thank you fo the service and attention provided.

AJ Madison's representative, Ronny kept in touch and was very helpful in finding a local technician to service my Speed Queen washing machine. After finding a technician, he kept in touch to make sure the problem was fixed.
