Amanda in customer service/complaints was great! Apologetic and helpful for the problems we had. Delivery guys were great! But had never installed one like the one we purchased before so could not complete the installation. 2nd crew came today to complete final install. The problems were: 1) Online delivery promised by Dec. 15th! That's why I ordered from AJ Madison. We had a party on Dec. 16. 2) Actual Delivery not until mid-January (1 MONTH LATE!) 3) Delivery Scheduler sent original delivery and install crew out who had no knowledge of this product; and spoke little to no English. We did use a translator on one of the delivery guys' phones so that was helpful.

The ordering, etc., was super fantastic - the delivery was a terrible experience.

We ordered a Speed Queen washer/dryer set from AJ Madison. Ordering was easy and they accepted affirm as a form of payment. After ordering I read the reviews for the company. (Don't be like me, folks, do your research ahead of time!) I sent the company an e-mail expressing my concerns and asked how they planned on ensuring my new appliances will would be delivered with out issue. I recieved a generic reply answering zero of my questions. I had major issues with AM Trucking, the company contracted to fufill my delivery, which is where I took stars away from my review. AM trucking has an "F" BBB rating, and so many negative reviews, I do not understand why any company would choose to do business with them. During my issues with the delivery company, I contacted AJ Madison to see if they could help on their end. Gary, the customer service rep who helped me, was incredible. He took my concerns seriously and contacted the company while I remained on the phone. Furthermore, he was able to get my delivery fee refunded to me. He did an excellent job. Overall, my AJ Madison experience was good, I would just warn potential customers about their delivery service.

My complaint is not so much with AJ Madison but with the Samsung refrigerators they sell. I bought a French door that is now out of warranty and has water/ice constantly under the crisper drawers. This is a KNOWN ISSUE with this refrigerator, and Samsung has a class action lawsuit based on this and other issues. Think twice before buying one or you will regret it.

We requested a model that has three trays including a third top tray. We were assured by the salesperson it had it. After it was delivered and installed we noticed it did not have the third tray. I send emails to ask what what’s happening. We were told that a request for the technicians was sent. We never heard back. This is NOT what we expect from AJ Madison where we have been doing business for decades! Very disappointing!! The quality of the dish washer is excellent as all the Bosch products! Just not what we wanted.

I like it I like AJ Madison and the products. This survey however sucks because it jumped right in the middle of the screen as I was trying to write down my order number.

Some of the products on the website did not have images or brochures. Had to search externally.
