Amazing chat service rep who was very generous with some great discounts.

AJ Madison is great to work with. Been ordering from them the last 15 years and never had any problems. My last order was the first time I had to contact customer service. The Bosch fridge was damage when the delivery company bumped our granite counter top and damage the fridge door. AJ customer service (Fernando) was amazing to work with. There was a delay on getting the door and they follow up at every step of the repair.

I was very satisfied with the answer and the fast reply.

The sales and customer service folks that I talked with were very helpful. They were efficient and answered my questions quickly.

I've purchased several appliances from A.J. Madison. Occasionally, glitches have happened. When they do, A.J. Madison addresses them promptly. I'm pleased with the appliances and the service.
