Installation service was shaky at best. They poorly installed the stainless steel door cover and broke a screw off in the door. I had to show them how to hook up the water line. Ultimately I ended up doing the install myself. AJ Madison credited me for the install cost plus a drain line I had to buy.

We had some problems with their installation partners but Estelle gave me the best customer service possible to try and resolve the issue. She was fantastic!

I appreciate that AJ Madison tried so hard to remedy a 3rd-party shipping logistics problem and showed real empathy for how much of a bind that shipper left us in. The CS rep escalated my concern. Listened to me. And I felt heard and understood and the problem was solved.

It appears i've gotten a good product and a problem has been resolved (almost).

I can't give 5 stars because the experience was mixed, but I'll go with 4 because in the end customer service came through. Pros: Responsive customer service Cons: Sales team is great until you press "purchase" and then good luck getting a response! We were also given reassurance that measurements would work on the unit we wanted which ended up being incorrect and led to a need to return the purchase (which is where customer service came through in the end to sort out for us).

There were issues up front with delivery but they were tracked through to resolution by by the AJM customer support team. The company offered something in the way of service recovery for the inconveniences; if you experience something like this be sure to advocate for yourself.

Responsiveness to my questions, emails, issue

Wow, I'm surprised about all the bad reviews. We had a decent experience. I think with these guys: you want to call and get an actual sales person and buy through them. I liked that I had a specialist I could actually talk to and who helped us figure out what to buy. And John Pereira was really amazing - so much knowledge! I also like the fact that there is a showroom that's not crazy with people where you can see what everything looks like and again talk to actual specialists. We also were able to get a pretty good deal for our purchase (you really want to discuss pricing with salespeople - not just buy at prices on the site). We did have some hiccups with delivery and installation. Even though we ordered special installation they did not have the tools that were needed. I can't remember all of these details but I think it took at least two attempts to deliver our stove and two attempts to deliver and install our microwave and all the time I was worried they'd crack our backsplash marble. But they did not. And the Bosch stove and over-the-stove microwave are pretty good. We will need a dishwasher soon and I will be buying it at AJ.
