We had a few boards that weren't working as expected - we hopped on customer support and got quick, accurate, and helpful replies quickly. Replacement boards were sent quickly for units that were suspected to not work. In the end, we got everything working and in order. Customer support like this is unprecedented and very much appreciated.

Quick and kind support and well made products

The most sensational thing about Botblox products is that they just work. We have standardised on Gigablox on all our robots and we have never had a single issue regardless of the harsh conditions and environments in which our robots operate. You plug them in and that's the last you ever worry about them.

This company cares about their customers! When we are in need, they find a way to get it. Their responses to questions are very timely and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone in the industry.
