AJ MadisonReviews of ajmadison.com

Super easy to chat with customer service, who answered all of my questions and made the buying process easy!

Meir was very helpful!

The agent I worked with, Joe Feltz, was quick, polite, and anticipated most of my questions. The biggest challenge will be adjusting my cabinetry to handle a slightly higher unit, but Joe is scheduling a visit from a carpenter to ensure fit.

Dini was just an incredible customer service professional. She listened to the issues I had and helped me throughout the day get to a resolution and outcome that was satisfactory.

I had several questions regarding how washing machines are being built these days, and Joseph was more than happy to share his knowledge with me. While Joseph is a salesman, the man absolutely knows his products! He is kind and helpful.

Fridge had a manufacturer defect. AJ Madison quickly arranged for a local service provider to fix it. Very pleased and appreciative!
