Their delivery partner, AM Home Delivery, was really disappointing. They took 3 weeks to arrange for local delivery and then when they showed up for delivery, they did not even know they were supposed to install the cooktop. After spending almost an hour at our house, they told us they don't install these type of cooktops. We now are scrambling to find someone to do the install.

Communication with support was fast, clear and helpful. The delivery and installation teams were very professional. Great job, guys! i used the service twice. The first time it was the fridge & freezer and the second time it was a microwave.

I was asked to mention reps by name, those reps are Grace and Jessica. AJ Madison customer service was great, pre-delivery. Post-Delivery, they disappear. One of the two appliances I ordered did not function out of the box as it should have. The issue is the igniter on the dryer, which is impossible to diagnose while the delivery guys are there. AJ Madison will only help if you refuse delivery and detect issues upon delivery. Nearly impossible when it's an internal part like an igniter. So, AJ Madison was unable to help, they turfed me to Speed Queen. Contact info provided by AJ Madison leads to a voice prompt only, no human, no support. So an internal problem with the machine that was undetectable at delivery is now an immediate cost to get a $1000+ laundry machine functioning. I'd stay away from AJ Madison, and speed queen based on this customer service experience.

I filed a claim for a dented front panel on my new washing machine. Jill, who helped me, answered my email within 2 days. They offered a percentage off the price, which I accepted. It was all done very quickly. I am in my 70's, and I cannot recall ever having better customer service. I am so thankful that A.J. Madison has a warehouse in Texas(Houston). A.J. Madison is the real deal!

I ordered a built in oven with Microwave on the 22nd of February, and paid extra for removal of the old oven. to do so, I agreed that it would be taken out and ready for disposal. At the time of purchase, they said it would be delivered no later than the 26th of February. Now they are telling me MAYBE delivery on the 6th of March. I have a family to feed with no oven. All I get from their Customer Service Dept is "Im sorry". I could have purchased from Lowes at the same price and it would have been delviered by now. Lesson learned.

0 out of 5. Use a trusted name. This company acts like they have the best prices but are criminal and their customer service is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! Priscilla was the name of my rep that suggested I talk with a sales person so I could order more from this criminal company!

Everybody is very responsive and very clear with what is needed and what questions they have.
