Showed up and fixed problem with ice maker to get working

Quick, accurate communication

Quick, clear, and helpful communication.

Robert Schwadel has been a fantastic person to deal with!!!! 👍

Glenda did a wonderful job of helping with my options for installation and followed up as promised with the information I needed.

5 stars for my representative Meir in Chat! Transparency, honesty, and a willingness to take a little extra time, goes a long way and speaks a lot for a company. Meir was thorough in searching for ways to accommodate our unique scenario and explained every step clearly. Meir did a great job of expressing a "can do", "happy to help" attitude over the digital platform. I wasn't rushed for time, I wasn't left with questions or feeling that I needed to ask specifics. I hope the management appreciate these skills and that Meir has the ability and opportunity to teach others if needed, how to do the same. Thank you so much.

Chelsea has been great helping us resolve issues with installation. Hoping to get up and running by weeks end.

Great communication, went above and beyond and handled my issue quickly
