I've really enjoyed working with Donna on my orders. We are working on two properties in DC, and she helped provide us with washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, hood vents, blowers, and shipping options. She was prompt and always very accommodating. She even helped us organize an exchange. This is a great company with a robust inventory.

It’s a pleasure to communicate with Lalo. I’m looking forward to hearing when the GE microwave will be available and delivered to me which Lalo will make happen. I trust her. Thank you, Evelyn Floret

If I need a washer ever again and this is the only place I can buy from I will 100% wash my clothes in a creek and dry them on a clothes line. The shipping company AM HOME DELIVERY is a joke…

I appreciate that AJ Madison tried so hard to remedy a 3rd-party shipping logistics problem and showed real empathy for how much of a bind that shipper left us in. The CS rep escalated my concern. Listened to me. And I felt heard and understood and the problem was solved.
