My initial experiences with Zwift were quite negative. The download was unsuccessful and the tech support chat line was useless. I finally found a tech support phone number and I will try that. Zwift needs to upgrade their support.

I've been a subscriber, now. for years. To enhance training levels. I started doing group rides and enjoyed them realizing a benefit. But, then the vitals data started disconnecting and I was being locked out of the events. It'll take several attempts to reconnect and the lead group is gone. When you do get reconnected, and you catch the leaders, you are not credited with the miles made up or the positions attained. my Wahoo Ticker (a business partner) is forever disconnecting. You cannot speak with Zwift. if you go the chat route, you never get an appropriate answer. You get a Dog (I'm dyslexiic) awful bunch of "Have we answered your question? Is there anything else we can help you with?" Pretty shabby I'd say to you all, find another resource. i'm gonna.

I can't believe you guys are giving such bad reviews, my experience has been amazing. If I ever want to cancel membership for a bit, it cancels on time, when I want it again it starts back up. The experience itself is absolutely quality and combined with my Wahoo equipment it makes riding inside enjoyable, not just tolerable. My only advice would be to tidy up the UI on the apple tv systems, it's hard to navigate the menus and change stuff. Other than that, I remain really happy. Also - allow members to design/add their own jerseys, that would be cool. Even if you charged £4.99 or something to design our own jerseys, that would be really, really cool...

Riddled with connection problems, no one to actually speak with. Problem after problem No one to dial in and help fix issues. You cannot email them direct you have to go through a system that suits them to keep a big distance between Zwift and their customers. Zwift are not customer concentric in fact customers get in their way.

Zwift est une bonne alternative pour rouler chez soi par temps de pluie , de fraîcheur ou de flemme . Il s’agit d’un monde virtuel avec des villes comme Paris et les champs Élysée , le mont Ventoux… le Yorshire et d’autres villes . Il y a des profils pour tout type de rouler . On retrouve des sorties de groupe selon le kilométrage ou la durée de sortie mais aussi des courses virtuelles . On peut aussi faire tout une série d’exercice de seuil avec des exercices Gimenez et des FTP Ramp test . Pour avoir zwift , il vous faudra un home-trainer connecté : Wahoo , Tacx et un abonnement Zwift Zwift est donc un bon moyen pour garder la forme ou même faire des entraînements

Terrible customer support. Been trying to speak to an agent because even though I cancelled before my renewal, the platform still charged me. Their chat keeps saying it'll connect me with an agent, and then never does!

Unfortunately Zwift is loaded with technical problems. It's completely unreliable. 90% of the time, I have to budget an extra 10-15 min just to make the app work. As it is, if there's better competition, I'll definitely switch.

Zwift / Windows issues Ongoing issues with my app crashing. Customer support agree that there have been issues for months with the app crashing, but don't provide any viable solution other than to say there developers are working on the issue and you should monitor the issue thread. No offer of refund or reduction in membership due to this.
