I genuinely cannot praise Zwift highly enough. I absolutely love the platform and my Zwift Ride. It has completely transformed my indoor cycling and is something I use pretty much every day. I ride around 1,200–1,500 km each month, so my equipment gets a great deal of use. When I recently needed help replacing the chain on my Zwift Ride, the support I received was exceptional. The team understood how important Zwift is to me and went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. They were kind, patient and genuinely seemed to care about getting me back to enjoying my cycling. The Zwift Ride itself is a fantastic piece of equipment: simple to use, enjoyable to ride and perfect for someone like me who loves cycling but isn’t particularly technical when it comes to bike maintenance. Zwift has created not only a brilliant cycling platform and an excellent product, but also a customer-service team that truly stands behind it. It is very rare to receive this level of care and support, and it has made me value Zwift even more. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

Superbe expérience. J'ai acheté un ZWIFT Ride complet la semaine dernière. Hier, je constate qu'une promo le fait descendre de 200 euros. Je contacte le SAV en début de journée pour demander s'il est possible d'avoir un geste au vu de la promo et ces derniers me remboursement la différence directement ! Un vrai SAV compétent !

Just amazing, it's good that technology is so advanced we can do something like this. and please do not make hyper realistic graphics, i think these lower poly models and bright colors make it unique and cool looking

Hi! Ich war ganz verwundert wegen den schlechten Rezessionen. Einer meiner Beiden Clicker ist nach 2 Monaten kaputt geworden. Mir wurde nach einer Email an den Kundensupport umgehend eine neue Packung mit linken und rechtem Clicker geschickt. Maximal unkompliziert.

Tried Zwift today for running. It's life changing. I ran better and I love the routes. It's like being dropped in a virtual world. You see other people exercising. It's so fun and relaxing at the same time. When a runner is coming from behind I was trying to run faster to get away lol. So fun!

Sale, and aftersale, service is perfect. They respond very quickly on my Emails. The Ride and the softwre works nice and without any problems.

Ich finde der Support ist der Hammer!! Gestern am Sonntag ging leider was kaputt. Das Gewinde der rechten Kurbel war gebrochen. Ärgerlich. Hatte einen schönen Longride geplant. Kurz Foto und Video gemacht und den Support angeschrieben. Dachte die werden sich schon irgendwann melden. Training fällt erstmal aus. Aber eine Stunde später schon die Antwort. Sie tauschen nicht die Kurbel aus, sie schicken einen komplett neuen Rahmen. Eine Stunde später bekam ich von Fedex schon die Versandbenachrichtigung. An einem Sonntag!!! Ich bin nicht nur verblüfft, sondern auch sehr zufrieden mit Zwift. So geht Qualitätssicherung. Danke

Ordered a Zwift ride and two days later Zwift had a sale with a EUR 200 discount on the Ride. This can happen of course, but was really disappointed all the same. Initiated a return and wrote a mail to Zwift around midnight. Had a response the next morning, canceled the return and got the discount. Really happy with the fast response and the generosity.
