Over priced postage and packaging

Terrible customer support. All is great until there is a problem and then there is no official Zwift person to connect with. They automatically set you up with “Zwift Hub”. Who basically field’s concerns and then sends it up the chain of which it apparently disappears. Customer support used to be dependable but no longer.

Schlechtes Unternehmen des Jahres, keinen Telefon Kontakt, wenn Sie was retournieren wollen werden Sie nicht beachtet, habe 10 mal über den Support versucht was zurückzugeben. Absoluter Alptraum! Vorsicht! Nix bestellen.

Very poor customer service. happy to take my money but when I had an issue it was almost impossible to contact them. I raised a support ticket but despite specifically asking for it NOT to be palmed off to an "ambassador" (read: community volunteer, not someone on zwift staff) they.... palmed it off to an ambassador. They failed to resolve the issue at all. Hopeless.

I used to love Zwift, i would hook up do my session see what other riders were up to then one day no other riders. I reported this two years ago and have tollerated it hoping an update would fix it but no, inital response from Zwift was terrible. They have a bot that basically tells you to go figure it out. update after update arrived and i still am not connecting properly. 2 Stars because zwift is a great concept so am being generous but these guys dont really give a hoot once you have problem

Every renewal date they suspend my account so I lose a day. No customer service or method of contact, very poor avoid

Det er åbenbart fuldstændig umuligt at afmelde sig deres nyhedsbreve. Nu har jeg 9 gange trykket “Unsubscribe From All mails” og alligevel får jeg jævnligt mails fra dem.

Zwift er bare gennemført, og jeg elsker at træne via dette system. Der er plads til alle aldre, niveau.. og der er masser af forskellige former for træning. Jeg kan ikke undvære dem, og bruger dem som et supplement når udendørs sæsonen starter!
