First made it so easy to get our pre-nup done in a rush! My lawyer, Amanda Ribustello was really great. She was kind, professional, and prompt. I really felt that Amanda was looking out for me. She responded quickly (and with humour!) to my emails, and any comment I had during the pre-nup review, she amended right away. If you are looking for a lawyer to pick, you can't go wrong with Amanda, and you won't regret it! I enjoyed working with her and will definitely work with her again in the future. Even if my review is 5 stars, I couldn't say the same with my fiance's lawyer, Jeanne Frey. She was cold, responded late, and had quite a bit of errors on our pre-nup that my lawyer had to correct. I do not recommend Jeanne Frey. Overall, First made it easy to do everything, so I definitely recommend this website to other couples who are looking to get their pre-nup done.

It surfaced decisions we wouldn't have known to ask about, and seeing our answers side by side showed us exactly where we disagreed before the lawyers got involved. We worked out the hard conversations ourselves and came to counsel with a position, which saved real time and money. The commenting system on the draft also worked well. Detailed notes on specific paragraphs, answers back from my attorney, no endless email threads. One suggestion: some of the terminology needed outside research before I could answer confidently. A glossary or worked example would help. We went from rough ideas to a signed, heavily negotiated agreement in a few weeks, with both of us satisfied.
