Technician was nice
Technician was nice. However trenching did not happen the day before. He took care of it but the total install took longer because of that. Hurried we did not go through all the steps to set up router name etc.

Great customer service
Great customer service. The entire team went out of their way to make sure all my concerns were addressed from what system I needed, where to install the system and setting up a time that worked for me.
