Setup was good and the people are very friendly but the service is terrible. Issue after issue had no service 6 months ago for 5 days due to a cable being dug up. Last month service was out a day and we work from home so that’s a big deal. Yesterday service out from 3 to 11 today out again since 1 with no idea why or a response as to when someone can come out. Unfortunately we will be getting a new provider on Monday.

The wait for installation was over 3 weeks, however the team who installed the fiber and activated the system were very professional. The cables are still over the ground now waiting for another team to put underground the cable. So far the internet is perfect.

Bad customer service when Line is down
i have had Zoomonline for almost 1.5yr now.. Initial setup and connections were generous, good people. they put a connection to my house, and also ran a scond extension for very low fee to a second location inside house. But about 4 months ago service went down for almost 2 days - they said roadcrew digging damaged the line, and again now service down ith noway to reach the company. But issue is when service goes down, there is no way to file a ticket or complain online or via the App.. you need to call their number which goes to answering machine, and no call returns.

Dear Customer, Were truly sorry for the poor experience you have had with our fiber internet service. As per the customer letter sent our in Apri 2026, we had explained the nature of the extended outage which was related to a fiber break at our backhaul provider Zayo. Should you wish to receive a copy of that communciation, please reach out to our Customer Support Team. With respect to the outage of Wednesday August 12, this was also related to a fiber break , suffered by our backhaul provider Zayo, however the repair time was much shorter. We certainly understand your frustrations and are working to improve the backhaul network service with additional diversity. Lastly, its concerning to read that as a Customer you are finding it a challenge to log a ticket with us. Please note, that you can log tickets through our support emai, our online web portal and our mobile app (available on Andriod and IOS). Our support team are available weekdays and on weekends to assist you. Regards, ZoomOnline Customer Support

60 days: No install, No contact.
I signed up for service on May 20 and was told installation could take up to 60 days. That window came and went with no install, no scheduling call, and no contact of any kind. When I finally chased it down, all I got was a chat agent who submitted a ticket, the exact thing I had already done myself. Since then? Crickets. Honestly, I'm glad I saw how poorly the sign-up process was handled before I became a paying customer. I took it as a sign, cancelled, and I'll wait for a fiber provider that actually knows what it's doing. It's hard to understand how a company advertises a service it can't perform, then can't even manage the most basic follow-up. Poorly run start to finish; I'd be surprised if they last long.

Hi Joe, We apologise that the experience with your sign up process was long and that you did not receive adequate feedback from our team. Over the past 2 months we have had to freeze new installs in preparation for our network expansion. We have recently unlocked installs and kicked off new installs this week. We hope to open up installs completely to allow customers to place orders and our install process to revert to a completely auotmated process. We will certainly reach out to you to see if you migth be interested to consider our service. Regards, ZoomOnline Customer Support

Yikes, zoom internet sucks
Yikes, I hate to do it but I have to go super negative with zoom online. We have had nothing but trouble since install day, even to the point of the install team arguing with each other about whether or not the line was cracked during their install. Nothing but excuses and no help from their customer service team as I’ve asked for assistance getting my unreliable internet service sorted out. And what worse is our only other option is cox. Like talk about being between a rock and a hard place. Both are terrible options for Chandler. As an update, I spent $1100 on equipment from Ubiquiti and now I have rock solid WiFi internet, so clearly the problem lies with zoom online’s equipment. Before I purchased the new equipment, I asked zoom to replace their equipment and they ignored the request. So now I don’t know how to rate them, so I’ll average it up to a 3-star; only because their fiber line is doing its job, whereas their equipment is the weak link.

Best Customer Experience
I just had the best customer service experience I've ever had with Natalie. When you have to call you grow to learn to expect to wait and be frustrated with someone but that didn't happen with Natalie. She was professional, competent and friendly. Her concern in helping me stood out more than anything. What a great customer service experience. Thank You Natalie
