Bigframe Digital LLCReviews of bigframe.digital

I have about 80 websites, and our old hosting had really gone downhill. I have a small business, so it's imperative to me that the hosting for our sites keeps them fast, clean, and protected. Not only did Alex help me create a better management system for all of the domains, but he also moved all of the sites for me, fixed some malware, and helped me set up a system for more reliable email deliverability. Now all of our websites are much faster, there's no malware, and customers are happier. Alex really goes above and beyond, and I am thankful to have found BigFrame Digital!

Alex is so great to work with. He is a genius about setting up sites and has made the whole process less stressful. Thank you, Alex, and I recommend you wholeheartedly to everyone. He is very knowledgeable and professional and has helped me with troubleshooting issues as well. Great service!

Top notch service. Quick and friendly customer support. Great website performance. Everything you need can be found with Bigframe Digital Hosting

I tried some of the bigger hosting providers that claim premium performance and support. They didn't live up to my expectations and often left my clients and I frustrated. Before I moved my own sites and those of my clients to another hosting company, I did a lot of research. One of the recommendations for me to explore was for Bigframe Digital Hosting. I reached out to the owner, Alex, with a series of questions to make sure it was the right hosting for my needs. Along with answering my questions, he helped me develop a migration plan. After all the research and planning, we signed up with Bigframe Digital and Alex migrated all the sites for us. We found the performance of the sites to be greatly improved after migration and further tweaks on our sites and the server have made them even faster. When issues have come up, Alex has been quick to resolve them directly or to provide us instructions to the solution. I'm so happy to have found Bigframe Digital and look forward to having them host many more sites for me going forward.

I had no idea how much finding the right hosting service played into EVERYTHING!! I was with another hosting service for years when they dropped ALL EIGHT of my websites. They simply "lost" them and told me all their back up files were corrupted and I was out of luck. After 4 weeks they stopped responding...mind you, this company is one of the larger hosting services!! Not only did Alex help me transfer all of my domains, improving my security in the process, but his servers are SOOO much faster than anything else I've worked with. I design and build simple websites, with lots of graphics and moving parts, I thought it being slow was just a matter of the business...BigFrame Digital set me straight! The speed is much faster, more reliable, and my plugins are functioning optimally. I could not be happier!

I can't say enough good things about this company and Alex, we had so much trouble with our website for years and I was told I was crazy and it took forever to just load one listing, now it is super duper fast we spend seconds uploading things and that is super exciting to me, He made everything easy for me when he moved it over and I know he had to deal with some problems from my old hosting. Thank you so much Alex for all the great and hard work you did and continue to make everything the best!!

After giving their services a try I was so amazed with the performance and the customer service, I moved all of my personal client sites from WPEngine and Flywheel and could not be more pleased. The speed and responsiveness of my sites has never been better, and Alex has provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire onboarding process. I highly, highly recommend Bigframe Digital Hosting.
