ZLINE Kitchen and BathReviews of zlinekitchen.com

Mary, the associate who managed our case regarding the Zline microwave, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attentiveness. She performed commendably in her role.

We outfitted our entire new-build home with ZLINE appliances and were thrilled with how everything looked and performed. We drove from New Hampshire to Rhode Island to purchase through a local dealer because we wanted to support an American business and invest in quality. When our double oven stopped working a little over a year later, we were disappointed to be told there was nothing ZLINE could do because the warranty had expired. After the significant investment we made, that response was hard to hear and left us feeling let down. Fortunately, with help and strong advocacy from Joe, the manager at the Great In Counters, Rhode Island dealer, ZLINE stepped in and replaced the oven. We are grateful for the final outcome and the appliance looks great installed. We’re sharing this with care and respect, we hope future customers experiencing issues shortly after the warranty period might be met with more flexibility earlier in the process. We love our ZLINE kitchen and hope everything continues to perform well for years to come. Thank you again for making it right. Michael A, NH

Your rep was polite and had a great sense of humor as we walked thru my problems. He was even kind enough to put up with my bitching about how it sucks to be 70. We did laugh about that. Oh, we also got to a solution.

Reagan is kind, personable and professional and was a BIG help in answering questions about several kitchen appliances. I love her accent and she is definitely not “boring.” Please acknowledge Raegan’s exceptional customer service - give her a bonus for sure !!!

Zline worked with me to find a solution to my problem. Communication was excellent and very step of the way and the resolution was more than fair.

We bought a Microwave oven, model MWD-1 over a year ago. We had an issue with it recently and asked support their advice on it. I was so impressed that they said they would just ship a new one out to us! Who does that these days in support of their products, thank you Zline

I was able to talk to a real representative and not AI, very helpful and very fast great customer service and they have a great product

I have reached out to ZLINE MULTIPLE TIMES. I can tell you that the service dept is terrible. I had my stove delivered after a year due to the renovations. I built my kitchen around this stove. Once installed it worked great for at least 9 months. The oven temperature was off by 60* and sometimes even higher. Everything would come out burned. The right stove top grill does not light. I have spoken and corresponding by email back and forth for over 2 years with customer service FROM SEPTEMBER 2023-NOW IS NOVEMBER 2025. I have sent multiple photos and video multiple times. ZLINE as a courtesy will send the parts that was in November 2024. I was told the same over and over for a year sending photos and videos of the issues requested by them every time. STILL WAITING! The ZLINE microwave drawer also stopped working. The controls do not work. I regret ever spending the money on both these appliances. THESE MAY LOOK LIKE QUALITY APPLIANCES, BUT THEY ARE FAR FROM IT. AVOID this brand. They will leave a reply regarding this post just to be seen as they are going to fix the issue…..THEY ARE NOT!
