The dishwasher was still under warranty, bought from Home Depot , throws F5 error. Zline finally acknowledges it and sends repair part. We replace the part since being without a dishwasher for so long white we waited for the is so frustrating. It didn't fix the problem and now Zline says we voided the warranty. Don't buy Zline, their warranty and service is a SCAM

The fact that Zline went forward and gave me the parts I needed to fix my range at no charge was absolutely amazing. They did not have to do that. They listened to my issue and were genuinely concerned in helping me get it resolved. This action on their part displayed tremendous customer service. Thank you Zline Team.

We purchased our 36 inch dual fuel range June 2025. We immediately start having issues with the oven burning or taking sometimes as much as triple the time to bake an item. we reported this to z line in early November. The warranty service is less than adequate the customer experience people are nice and friendly but when it leaves them it all falls a apart. I am told to self diagnosis and send them pictures and videos, I had to purchase a remote thermometer to get a video of the oven at 5 min. then 30 mins to show the temp reading, proof of purchase (in some cases multiple times). It took almost 4 weeks to get a tech scheduled. The Service man they sent was very unprofessional made my wife very uncomfortable by taking pictures of our house, inside and out, and asking if we had a walkout basement and trying to wander around our house. We were worried about what he would do with the pictures and if he would be back later to rob us. I now have to physically check all doors and lock the door to our basement because my wife is afraid he or someone else will show up. The fan was not an issue but after he "repaired" the stove the fan rattles and we still have the same issues. We found 3 screws that were not installed the back was not put back on correctly I had to take it back apart and reassemble then found where 2 of the three screws went. When we reported what happened with the tech, we have talked to 3 reps and 1 manager, and the issue was not repaired we were told this was terrible and his behavior was unacceptable they started a new warranty claim for the warranty people to schedule the same guy back again. Why would they send the same guy back after we reported what he did and how we felt. After we get it rescheduled with a different provider he, the first service provider, starts texting want to know what the issue is and then just texts "?". Then insult to injury we were offered a 150 dollar inconvenience credit. We purchased this because we read a few reviews about how good the company was, we have since discovered this is a common issue for them. with little to no resolution. At this time,(Jan 6th 2026) we are waiting on a second tech to come 2 weeks into the scheduling of it will not be here until the `14th of January.

I bought everything from the microwave the range, the refrigerator, the wine fridge, and the icemaker along with the dishwasher. The dishwasher couldn’t be more cheaply made, and the handle on the refrigerator after only a couple months has already fallen off. The amount of money I paid for these appliances was about $18,000 added amazes me how cheap some of these are.

I wanted to love this range. Unfortunately, it has been a serious health and safety issue from day one. Our original unit was part of a recall. ZLINE offered either a replacement or a refund, and we chose the replacement because we genuinely liked the design and features. That turned out to be a mistake. The replacement unit exhibits the same caustic, chemical-like odor as the recalled stove. When the oven is in use, it produces fumes that cause immediate eye burning and irritation. This does not happen when the stovetop burners are used and does not happen when the unit is off. There is no gas smell and no leak. The problem only occurs when the oven is operating, which strongly suggests a combustion or exhaust defect in the oven itself. Because of this, we have effectively stopped using the oven altogether. On the rare occasions we attempt to use it, we are forced to open windows and skylights to ventilate the house. That is not normal, safe, or acceptable for a residential appliance, especially in winter. We have now gone through: A recall A full replacement The same unresolved safety issue ZLINE has refused to provide a refund, despite previously confirming it was an option, and instead continues to deflect responsibility. At this point, the stove cannot be safely used in our home. What stands out: Looks good on paper and in photos Completely unacceptable air quality and safety performance What I dislike: Eye-burning fumes when the oven is on Recall replacement did not fix the problem Customer support unwilling to stand behind the product How long we’ve had it: Long enough to go through a recall and replacement and still have the same issue. Does it meet expectations? Absolutely not. A stove should not make your eyes burn or force you to ventilate your home just to use it. If you value your health, indoor air quality, and peace of mind, do not buy this product.

I do home Renovations and look for quality appliances. I choose to try ZLine for my own home and have now owned and used them for 1 year. My appliances are beauty and work great. I’ve only had one minor issue and Taylor from the support team responded and resolved my issue hassle free. Now since I now and trust these appliances I will consider using them with my renovations. I was really impressed by their responsiveness, I highly recommend this company. I had no incentive in writing this review other than being a happy customer.

The response and service when we had issues with our microwave was outstanding, quick follow up and quick replacement. Truly outstanding. 5stars
