We recently built a new home and installed all ZLINE appliances in our kitchen. We noticed issues right away with our refrigerator not cooling properly, so we submitted a warranty claim with ZLINE. While it initially took a bit to find a service technician, they were overall very responsive and communicative throughout the process. When the repairs didn't fix the problem I asked for a replacement, and much to my surprise they were quick to agree to send us a new refrigerator and pick up our old one. They made the process as painless as possible. Unfortunately the second fridge had the same issues as the first. They have now agreed to buy the fridge back from us, and while it's incredibly inconvenient and frustrating to have to be dealing with this all when we only moved into our new home 7 months ago, I just want to say how much I appreciate ZLINE for the excellent customer service and for making things right. I only wish we could have fixed the fridge because I love the design and style.

Just got done with a kitchen remodel.. got all line appliances and now I’m freaking out. The dishwasher don’t buy.. I’ve had two repair man come and still isn’t fixed. Now I’m hand washing everything for the holidays. So now I’m on two months with out a dishwasher. And now I have to wait three weeks to replace it. So all in all.. I wish I never bought the brand. My lg stuff never broke.. and if your looking for my name its under Michael Sheets

I ordered some replacements parts for my 48" range top, I received the incorrect parts but the people at Z-line helped figure out why the wrong parts were ordered and they sent the correct parts out quickly and with our any problem. I am happy with how the burners light now!

Range died. They sent rep out from company that only services washers/dryers and has never heard of z-line. Second rep they sent never showed and wouldn’t return calls or texts. 3rd rep found problem and couldn’t get parts breakdown from z-line to order parts. Called z-line and parts no longer available. Replacement unit will not fit standard 30” opening. They offered refund. Lied about when they would send refund. Now they only send when old unit arrives at warehouse. Then hired a carrier that gets 1.5 stars on every major review because they take 1-3 months to pick up. Found out from carrier they lied again and never contacted them. Called z-line this morning and talked to a supervisor from TN office. Ali Z. Yelled at me. When I told her not to yell at me, she screamed at me and hung up. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED !!!

When my microwave drawer had a major issue while under warranty, my immediate thought was “great, I’m gonna have to fight to get a replacement.” The issue with my microwave was not one that would make financial sense for anyone to repair but it was no fault of our own. When I reached out the Zline’s customer I didn’t expect the immediate response from them to gather information about my issue. I didn’t have to jump through long telephone prompts, get bounced around multiple customer service reps and departments, or have to fight to have my warranty claim honored. I received an email immediately so I could send them the necessary information on my product and issue. Within 48 hours I received a phone call and email informing me that they were going to send me a replacement. A day later, I got a follow up call with an update on the progress of that replacement process. It’s rare to receive this level of service today. I understand that businesses don’t make money by giving away their products but it speaks volumes when they will stand behind it and make it right when something unexpectedly goes wrong. No runaround, no games, no hours on the phone or various follow ups. I was prepared for a difficult process that never happened and for that I am eternally grateful to ZLine customer service.
