If I can give Zline 0 stars it would be too many. To begin with, we waited over 9 months to receive a microwave we paid for that does not come with the same color handle as the refrigerator and stove. To add salt to wound, 9 months after receiving the refrigerator it has stopped working. Customer service asking a bunch of questions and not providing support. Highly not recommend zline!!! The worst!

After dealing with several unreliable contractors who took my money and left behind a mess, I realized months later that the steel front cover of my dishwasher was missing. When I called ZLine for a replacement, they immediately offered to send one at no cost to me. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out.
