My experience with ZLine customer service was exceptional! Ms. M. was extremely helpful - taking the time to understand my issue and then ensuring she knew exactly what I needed to correct the problem. I was supposed to receive an email with a tracking number for the replacement parts, but by the time I thought about the email, the parts had arrived. I asked Ms. M. if she thought we could do the job. She was confident we could. After a disappointing visit with an electrician, my husband decided to try his hand at it. She was correct; my husband was able to replace the lights without too much difficulty. Thanks Ms. M and ZLine! We will definitely remember our experience when making future purchases.

Seven years ago we purchased a range hood. We recently had to order new bulbs that weren't available locally. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding. Polite, helpful and based in the US. Would highly recommend ZLine for the quality of the product and terrific employees.

Excellent customer service at Z line - sent us all new refrigerator shelves when one of ours broke after the warranty was done. Did it quickly too, they were so responsive. Not to mention how much we love our entire kitchen of appliances, they work so well - never had one issue. Will be a repeat customer and will tell everyone they should go with Z Line.

I ordered $25,000 worth of ZLINE appliances for built-in custom cabinets in a new home build on September 8th. Schedule ship date was September 13th. Everything arrived and has been installed...EXCEPT my $12,000 refrigerator. They moved in stock dates from Sept 13th to Oct 2nd to Oct 9th to Nov 9th and now Nov 11th...more than two months. Worst part is their customer service told me Oct 2nd that it would be in stock Mid October. They certainly allowed a distributor to take my money and absolutely knew they would never make the inventory. I don't know what is going on here, but I am in a bind with my mortgage company for not being able to pass final inspection as well as a $12,000 hole in the budget (money spent). It seems no one but me cares. Thankfully I spent thousands on extended warranties so I can spend the next 5 years dealing with poor customer service and repair delays. A constant reminder of my poor decision. Thanks ZLINE.
