ZLINE Kitchen and BathReviews of zlinekitchen.com

Cheyenne Clark has made working with ZLINE a smooth and easy experience. Her attention to detail is exceptional and her response time is second to none. There is no one I trust more to do business with.

In a time when great customer service is severely lacking in most companies, it is shocking to encounter a company that still puts the satisfaction of its customers over profits! This is exactly what I encountered with Zline. I have had an outstanding experience working with two extraordinary ladies (Angelina and Lexi) who went over and above to make sure my first experience with Zline would not be soon forgotten. What they did for me was not expected nor asked for, but freely given. Let's say, they have made me a customer for life! Zline, I hope you will always keep hiring the caliber of people you have with Angelina and Lexi. Thanks again, ladies. I am very grateful.

Lowes either forgot to give me some of my parts or they lost some of my parts that were in a separate box. So this is really 100% on Lowes but Zline made it right and took the hit when they shouldn't have had to. The people I spoke to on the hpone to get my replacement parts were not only extremely helpful but they seemed to be glad to be at their job today. Most people don't appreciate their job and source of income nowadays. I'm not even sure what all Zline makes besides venthoods which is what I ordered but I'm going now to their website to check it out in case I need something they have in the future. Great company and great people to deal with.

I contacted ZLINE with an issue I was having with my vent. I received a prompt call back from Rebecca with a good idea of what the issue was. She was extremely professional and attentive to the details. I received all the parts that needed to be changed within a couple of days. This was a seamless process, and with Rebecca’s help, the issue was resolved. I was very pleased with the customer service that I received.

Angelina cares. She took the time to understand my technical request immediately attempted to get me an answer from fellow employees. However not being able to find what I needed internally, instead of saying sorry that’s all I can do, she offered to call the supplier of fans for the hood. She committed to call me the next business day with follow-up at 9AM. She did exactly that and I received a call at 9AM with a status call. The following day I received the answer to my question. Need more Angelinas’ in this world. Excellent attitude and great experience so far.

Cheyenne is a great resource. She is always helpful, and her response time is incredible!

I called to get guidance on purchasing replacement bulbs for our hood - to my surprise, I was told they would send them free of charge as a courtesy! I received an email after that to show exactly the issue which was easy. Following that, I received a call checking in about the package being prepared for shipment. Amazing! I will definitely remember this when I am need of something ZLine might be able to provide! Thank you so much!

We had purchased a ZLine microwave back in 2022, and loved it every day. However, this past Summer, it died on us, leaving us heartbroken. I contacted ZLine; and, after a few emails back and forth, they graciously replaced our microwave—completely!—with the exact same make. We were absolutely thrilled. The quality of that microwave was that which we’d grown accustomed to, and now we can continue to enjoy it. We are truly grateful that the quality of their products seems to be matched by the quality of their customer service. Thanks, ZLine!
