The woman that I spoke with was friendly and helpful. She was clear in what she needed, and I was not kept on the phone, waiting for long periods of time. I have loved Zline products, and this is my second kitchen with Zline so I was very happy that they are replacing my microwave that has been malfunctioning.

I recently purchased the Zline 48" double oven stove and dishwasher. Both appliances had some inperfections that needed to be addresed. After contacting customer service both issues were addressed to my satisfaction! It was easy to submit case online and work with customer service via emails.

While no one wants to experience a problem with one of their appliances, Zline customer service was very responsive in resolving my problem. Stephanie contacted me within minutes of being contacted by the service technician to address the issue. I was please with their prompt attention to resolve the problem.

Zline is the worst company to deal with. I just started a complaint with the attorney general. I ordered four Zline appliances off Amazon (don’t ever buy appliances on Amazon) and then my kitchen project was delayed for four months due to wrong cabinets being ordered. Because of that I was out of my 90 return window with Amazon and left to have Zline handle it since it’s in the one year warranty window. You will never get your call answered. You will never be called back from the cue and your voicemail will never be returned. It’s been four months and I don’t have a call back from them. I have gotten emails but they simply ask for the same info several times, takes weeks for them to answer even emails, and now they just flat out lied to me. They told me in December after I filled out what was needed for them to trouble shoot that they were waiting on the part they thought I needed. Still no parts and it’s the end of Feb. They did however just send a repair man four months after initial contact and when he arrived he said he had no parts that were sent to him or us and therefore it cannot be fixed. Now Zline tells me I haven’t provided the info needed to know what parts are needed. Interesting since I have been waiting for months for these “parts” and they sent a repair man out wasting our time during working hours for no reason. They have no clue what they are doing or they are purposefully messing with us. All four appliances I ordered have been defective. The built in microwave, the hood, the dishwasher, and the double ovens. The top oven won’t work at all. It says I have the meat probe in which I don’t and it shuts itself off. The clock goes too fast and won’t hold time. The bottom oven when opened, steam burns your eyes it’s so bad and leaves the top oven door steamed up for awhile after. The bottom oven randomly goes to 500 degrees ruining your food if you don’t catch it. The dishwasher rack was designed to make people mad with how the racks are angled and set. It’s a joke to try to put dishes in. The top rack won’t accomodate our cups. The hood makes terrible loud noises on any setting over 1 and the microwave panel was messed up and had to be replaced. It also steams up badly during use. It kind of scares me as I have never had a microwave do that before. Worst appliances I have ever had and the absolute worst company to work with. Don’t buy this brand. Awful!

Tesla is the best customer service representative that I’ve ever dealt with. She was knowledgeable, very pleasant went out of her way to assist me, and even the follow up was done very quickly. She is an asset to your company and deserves a raise.

It is not planned that a company will have to recall there product. However, how it is handled speaks volumes on who that they are as a company. Zline unfortunately had to recall my range but the professionalism, concern and willingness to resolve all issues expeditiously exceeded my expectations. I worked with Missy in customer care who never just filed my case. She personally kept it on her desk and was responsive to all my concerns until they were resolved. I applaud Zline for caring about their customers and hiring staff members like Missy. Thank you.
