Superior X-sence quality and customer services
After setting up multiple X-sense temperature/humidity sensors in two different multi-room households and both for inside and outside, and being very pleased with these products, I recently also installed the compatible XS0D-MR smoke sensor set in one household. I wanted to know whether it would be better to also add the new SBS base station from this new set, so I filed a query to the customer service. Judy not only immediately responded, but also explained to me all alternatives and possible solutions, so that I had ALL information possibly relevant to my issue. Thank you, Judy.
