The hardware is very flimsy and low quality and customer service terrible. On top of it their subscription services are a complete scam and they claim they can’t do anything to help after they double charge you. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere. Any other brand is likely to be better on some or all levels

6 month review. I bought 2 v3 cam pans 1 is working great. The other has been having a green and pink hue during daytime thats pretty bad since installing. Tried to get it warranted but it was too much of a hassle.

I have used Wyze for two years. The first year was just the Wyze Home Monitoring Bundle and while that did the job, I have been less than impressed with everything Wyze. After getting the Cam Pan V2 camera, it completely stopped working in less than a year of having it. Upon reaching out to customer service, I discover exactly how terribly executed their app is and how poor their customer service is. The chat window wouldn't let me see my keyboard while I was typing and wouldn't let me attach any attachments. My customer service agent asked for a screenshot of the error and a screenshot of proof of purchase, neither of which I could provide due to Wyze's app. I went to use the chat on my laptop, only to find that the desktop version of the app would not even let you use the chat function. To make matters worse, after all of this, this customer service rep said there was nothing they could do for me even though their warranty policy states that their products are under warranty for 1 year!! I canceled all my subscriptions from Wyze and have removed all products from my home. I would never recommend this company or any of their products to anyone. A company should stand behind their products, their word, and have a functional customer service feature. Whatever you do, don't purchase from this company.

I purchased the bundle pack for our library. We also pay for the monthly subscription service. 1ST RED FLAG- The website desciption to diferentiate the difference between the types of indoor cameras they offer are nonexistant, both had the same description. The cameras themselves are GREAT, easy to insall/set-up. Being a business setting I set-up and accessed the camera footage from my work PC and set it up to have live view on our staff pc at our front desk as well. The first time I went to retrieve footage, it was very easy/neat/accessible I loved it. I was very impressed with how easy it was to download any event clips I needed. 2ND RED FLAG- Then I had a request for footage from 16 days prior, I couldn't access it. After contacting customer service, I was told you can only access up to 2 weeks of your footage before it expires. 3RD RED FLAG- This week I needed to retrieve footage from the day before, suddenly I can no longer download footage clips, which is very important, what good is footage you can't use. I contacted customer service where Im told that the Wyze browser viewer is very limited and I can't download clips (I had 8 days ealier with no issue) and that I need to download the app that is only available on phone or tablet in order to retrieve footage clips. Not happy about this, I do it anyway because I need the clips but the app only shows the last 2 hours of the previous days events and I need morning clips. Customer service DOES NOTHING, I keep getting the same generic response to look at the event clips from the app. Now my footage will expire with 2 weeks. Great cemeras/HORRIBLE SERVICE

They charge your credit card without permission and they have a policy that they will not refund or credit your card. I did not authorize any charge for the Cam Plus subscription and they double charge me and won't give it back. When they were first out they were reputable and had actual customer service but now they're THIEFS without recourse. Shameful

I've been using Wyze cameras for some time now, and I've just about reached the end of my rope. Their cameras have glitches -- some of which have remained un-addressed for years -- and their customer service can be quite frustrating. Any issue that goes beyond the knowledge of their front-line agents will be escalated to another department, with whom you'll waste time trading emails. Be careful before you commit to this outfit.

Was an original customer when they first started. Liked the cheap available cameras with low-cost cloud service. Then I find out that after having canceled my previous subscriptions in favor of unlimited, they have still been charging me for all my previous subscriptions plus my new one plus some strange 1 dollar charge that's not even in my payment history and can only been seen when I check my bank. I see on my account that there are multiple entries on payment method, all being the same credit card. Tried using their special link to change payment methods, only to discover they wont let you delete any payment method. They are still charging my account and I cannot get them to stop. Customer service is no use. they just say call in person only to never answer. Wyze has become a huge scam.

Not happy camper. Video Doorbell Pro - was told #Wyze adding option for 2nd chime - nope 9mths later! S/h bought cheaper wired version that has >1 chime! Offered me $5 - what a joke! Now shopping around.
