I’ve been using Wyze cameras for the last six years. They are reasonably priced, simple to install, and the customer service is outstanding. Recently, I had an issue and even though I was outside of my warranty period, they worked with me to make it right, greatly exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend Wyze cameras!

Wyse support is top notch!! They are patient, good listeners, and give good direction to helping you troubleshoot issues. My problems were multiple but they were consistent in all their wisdom and knowledge. I highly recommend going with this company! They are down to earth and care about your experience with their company!

I had the best Customer Service experience when l wasn't able to connect my new router to my Wyze Doorbell. She was kind, patient, very knowledgeable and explained everything until l was able to get it completed and done on my end!! I ❤️ was so grateful 🙏!! They are the GREAT!!

When I called customer service, they are very helpful & friendly. I may have a long wait to talk, but they do help when they answer. I'm new to these cameras & at my age, things are confusing & they are very patient with me. I have 2 other brands of security cameras & I love the Wyze brand the best. I'm replacing the other brands each month until I have all Wyze. Thank you for such a great product!! 🙏🌞
